Vanadium nitrogen alloy is a new alloy additive, which can replace ferrovanadium in the production of microalloyed steel. At the same strength, the addition of vanadium nitride can save 30-40% of vanadium, and then reduce the cost. Vanadium nitrogen alloy can be used in structural steel, tool steel, pipe steel, reinforcement and cast iron. The application of vanadium nitrogen alloy in high strength low alloy steel can effectively microalloy vanadium and nitrogen at the same time, promote the precipitation of carbon, vanadium and nitrogen compounds in the steel, and play a more effective role in sedimentation strengthening and grain refinement.
